Saul grew up in Cape Breton Nova Scotia, studied biology at Acadia University and has worked with Environment and Climate Change Canada for 27 years in BC, primarily on wildlife conservation and environmental protection programs as well as treaty negotiations, environmental assessment, habitat conservation partnerships and Migratory Bird management.
